JOB DESCRIPTION
AVTECH Technology Inc is looking for a PR Specialist to join our team, as a PR Specialist,
You will support the development and execution of effective internal PR strategies, plans, and deliverable to drive training and consulting business objectives. You will work closely with your colleagues on an integrated internal communication, change, and learning teams.
• Create and maintain media contacts and the relationship with
organizations.
• Manage company’s press releases and media alerts, presentations,
and FAQs, etc.
• Research opportunities across media channels including feature
articles, blogs, emails, and videos, etc.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for overall public
relations effort in cooperation with marketing and admission department.
• Plan and execute internal and external communications including
brochures, web content, trade advertising, newsletters, case studies,
testimonials, and other support tools.
• Coordinate outreach efforts with SEO link-building team to optimize
links in earned media coverage.
• Plan and organize events including open house, job fair, business
events, charity events, and other corporate events.
• Crisis management. Present solutions in times of PR crisis.
REQUIREMENTS
Master’s Degree in Communication & Information Studies, or Public Relations
