Business Operations Analyst

Business Operations Analyst (South Plainfield, NJ): Use statistical methods to collect, manage, analyze and interpret business/financial data  to support senior management and marketing team with decision making, resource allocation, policy formulation and budget planning on company's IT consulting projects & related training services; perform research on key competitors and market trends, and prepare analytical reports to identify and interpret marketing/business trends through building models. Analyze financial report to provide financial strategy and budget variance and investment evaluation for specific consulting projects.

Req: Bachelor’s degree or equiv. in Analytics, Economics, Business or related; strong skills in data analysis, data modeling and data visualization, and proficiency in Power BI, R Studio and Tableau; solid knowledge of strategy planning and analytics for business operations using CRM system.
