This particular ad is for a Service Engineer / Junior Systems Administrator – Iaas for SMBs, the first escalation point from the tier 1 help desk.

We are headquartered in Edison, NJ and are currently looking to grow our Global Service Desk team with the addition of a Service Engineer / Junior Systems Administrator – Iaas for SMBs. This individual will have ample opportunities for growth, not only through continued learning opportunities like paid certs, but from internal promotion opportunities. We are huge on collaborating and promoting from within.
On a daily basis, the Service Engineer / Junior Systems Administrator – Iaas for SMBs will be configuring and troubleshooting issues related to the following technologies:
Windows Server
DNS
DHCP
VPN Clients
Group Policy
Firewalls
VMWare
Office 365
Exchange Server
Microsoft Office Applications
